What are the various concentration levels of fragrances?
The main perfume concentration levels are titled:
- Perfume Extract or Parfum / Extrait de Parfum which consists of 20-40% aromatic compounds.
- Eau De Parfum (EDP) which consists of 15-20% of aromatic compounds.
- Eau De Toilette (EDT) consisting of 5-15% aromatic compounds.
- Eau De Cologne (EDC) consisting of 2-5% concentrated aromatic compounds.
- Eau Fraiche which has approximately 1-3% aromatic compound concentration, very similar to Body Mist which also consists between 1-3%.
- Lastly there are Attars or Pure Oil Perfumes, which are non-alcoholic and consist of 100% oil.
What type of options do I have with Seven Hills regarding perfumes and perfume oil concentrations?
Many of our products come in either 100% pure oil format (3 ML and 12 ML) bottles, which means the absolute highest level of concentration for your collective pleasure or some customers may want an atomized (spray) version of the oil in which case you can tell us what degree of concentration you would like from 10% upwards to 47%. We cap the concentration of spray perfumes at 47%, and you might wonder why? It's a unique number and sweet spot which our method has been found to be most ideal for an extrait. You can always request a lower concentration in case of a sensitivity to higher concentration smells.
Are your products ethically sourced?
Yes, all of our products are ethically sourced and hand selected by our internal team. We quality check and build strong relationships from all corners of the world in order to provide exquisite products to our customers.
How long do your fragrances last?
Our fragrances have a shelf life of up to 36 months from production, and are best kept stored in a cool place out of direct sunlight. If exposed to sunlight for too long, the fragrance may change color.
How can I get samples?
You can reach out to us via Instagram or e-mail us to see how to best facilitate your request at a special price. This can be both for wholesale orders, or if you wish to obtain a smaller sample for your own collection.
How do your “sets” work?
We offer a variety of sets, and we aim to change them seasonally, for special occasions, or at our discretion. If you have a request for past sets or past items then please reach out to us via Instagram or e-mail for previous sets. Although we will make a best attempt to honor the request, certain items may not be available due to stock limitations.

Can I request anything custom made for an event?
Yes, we will work with you for your event to provide unique experiences and memorable gift items. Perfumery is communication and we are no strangers to elevating the sensory experience of events big or small. Send us a message via Instagram as soon as possible in order to properly plan and deliver based on the scale of the event.
Can I order a gift for someone else?

What happens if I do not receive my order?
